LaToya Bell is a member of Promiseland Church and is a part of the outreach ministry. As a adolescent LaToya was very shy and more of an introverted individual. She often thought about acting and how it would be fun and finally in her Junior year of high school she took a Drama Class. Although she enjoyed the class she never took another performing arts course.

 

When the opportunity arose for her to act and minister to people she decided to step out of her box. Although she is no longer shy she is still more of an introverted individual, but she knows that working in the ministry is pleasing to God. LaToya hopes that people will be able to laugh and relate to some of the stories told by the Desperate Housewives. And most importantly that one doesn't have to be a product of their environment.

 

She also hopes that some of the stories will inspire people to make needed changes in their lives and stay on the path that is pleasing to the Lord. LaToya would like people to know that she also has gone through her trials and tribulations and she stayed faithful and God brought her through her storm.
